The mission of the Sports Medicine Program of the Chicago Center for Orthopedics (CCO) is to evaluate and treat people of all ages wishing to enjoy the benefits of an active lifestyle. As long as we live, regardless of age, the body responds positively to exercise. Everyone can benefit from thoughtfully planned physical activity. Such physical activity ranges from professional athletics to a home exercise program for people with arthritis or other disabilities.
