Integrative Medicine Open HouseDo the holidays have you stressed? Relax…at the Center for Integrative Medicine’s Open House this Thurs., Dec. 6 from 4 to 7 p.m. Located in Suite 5500A, the Open House will feature snacks, drinks and acupuncture demonstrations.

These services augment traditional medical care by treating the whole person with a mind-body-spirit approach. Some of the issues that acupuncture specifically may help with include:

Nurses Karen Elarde-McCuaig, RN, clinical manager of the Oncology Center, and Kathy Hanold, RN, nursing administrative coordinator, are board certified in these services, and opened the Center in order to provide the services to the public and Weiss employees. If your insurance does not cover integrative medicine, the center offers convenient options for self-pay and discounted rates for seniors.
