Learn about Weiss Memorial Hospital’s senior services program: WISE—the Weiss Initiative Supporting Elders, a free wellness program for adults age 60 and older. The program provides educational, social and wellness programs geared toward the special needs and concerns of seniors.

Ballroom Dance Lessons

Chair Yoga
Every Thursday, 9:30 a.m.
Chair yoga is being offered is the WISE Senior Center every Thursday.
Chi Gung
Every Tuesday, 9:00 a.m.
Chi Gung is a Chinese system of physical exercise and breathing control related to tai chi. Join us every Tuesday for Chi Gung at 9:00 a.m. in the WISE Senior Center.
Exercise with Paul
Mondays and Wednesdays, 8:00, 9:30 or 11:30 a.m.
Come and enjoy fun exercises with our exercise physiologist Paul. Classes are held on Mondays and Wednesdays at 8:00, 9:30 or 11:30 a.m. in the WISE Senior Center, first floor, C elevators.
