Laughter YogaWeiss Memorial Hospital offers several ongoing and seasonal exercise classes to keep seniors moving throughout the year. Please check out the classes below.

Learn about Weiss Memorial Hospital’s senior services program: WISE—the Weiss Initiative Supporting Elders, a free wellness program for adults age 60 and older. The program provides educational, social and wellness programs geared toward the special needs and concerns of seniors.

Ballroom Dance Lessons
Join us for one or more of these wonderful, free ballroom dance lessons in the WISE Senior Center, first floor, C elevators.

Chair Yoga
Every Thursday, 9:30 a.m.
Chair yoga is being offered is the WISE Senior Center every Thursday.

Chair Zumba
Every Friday of Month, 11:00 a.m.
Join instructor Tati Rude as she leads this Zumba class designed for those who are wheel chair bound and/or would like to be seated during Zumba class. Chair Zumba is offered every Friday at 11 a.m. in the WISE Senior Center.

Exercise with Elizabeth
Every Friday, 8:15 a.m.
Enjoy fun exercises with Elizabeth. Classes meet every Friday at 8:15 a.m. in the Medical Office Building Atrium, 4700 N. Marine Drive, near the Leland Lobby, adjacent to the hospital.

Exercise with Paul
Mondays and Wednesdays, 8:00, 9:30 or 11:30 a.m.
Come and enjoy fun exercises with our exercise physiologist Paul. Classes are held on Mondays and Wednesdays at 8:00, 9:30 or 11:30 a.m. in the WISE Senior Center, first floor, C elevators.

Qi Gong
Every Tuesday, 9:00 a.m.
Qi Gong is a Chinese system of physical exercise and breathing control related to tai chi. Join us every Tuesday for Qi Gong at 9:00 a.m. in the WISE Senior Center.

Tai Chi
Every Tuesday, 10:30 a.m.
Instructor Lin Shook will take you through the proper techniques to improve balance and your overall health every Tuesday. The class meets in the WISE Senior Center.

Every Monday, 12:30 p.m.
Mari-Jane Dare has come on board to get your energy moving through exercise and dance every Monday at 12:30 p.m. The group meets in the WISE Senior Center.
