The Admitting and Registration staff at Weiss Memorial Hospital responds promptly to patients' needs when being admitted to the hospital or registering for any emergency, outpatient or surgical services.
The admitting and registration staff will ask you several questions concerning yourself and your insurance coverage. They also will assist you with the necessary financial arrangements needed for payment of your hospital bill.
Please remember to bring your driver's license, state identification card or any other form of picture ID. You will also need to bring your insurance identification card, your physician's order and a referral if required by your insurance carrier. All the information supplied is important during your hospital stay.
Admitting and Registration is open between 7:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Saturday and closed on Sunday. During after hours, please register with admitting personnel in the Emergency Department.
