| Roma tomatoes | 6 (or 3 large regular tomatoes) |
| Onion, finely chopped | ½ medium |
| Garlic clove, finely minced | 1 |
| Serrano or jalapeno peppers, finely chopped | 2 |
| Cilantro, chopped | 3 tablespoons |
| Oregano, finely crushed | 1/8 teaspoon |
| Salt | 1/8 teaspoon |
| Pepper | 1/8 teaspoon |
| Avocado (black skin), diced | ½ |
| Juice of 1 lime |
- Directions
- Combine all of the ingredients in a glass bowl.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate and serve within 4 to 5 hours.
