Mitchell Goldflies, M.D.

Mitchell Goldflies, MD, Orthopedic SurgeonPhysician, Chicago Center for Orthopedics

Mitchell Goldflies, M.D., specializes in non-surgical orthopedic medicine and sports medicine. His approach to patient care is that surgery, in most cases (excluding trauma), is the last course of treatment. Dr. Goldflies applies biomechanical principles to evaluate and treat orthopedic problems. Using a team approach and integrating allopathic and non-allopathic treatment options, most patients experience reduction in pain and significant improvement in their function.

Dr. Goldflies develops personalized, non-operative treatment programs for a wide range of orthopedic issues. He also provides second opinions and referrals to specialized orthopedic surgeons when surgery is necessary. He is a member of the Illinois Association of Orthopaedic Surgeons and Co-Chairman of the Chicago Lower Extremity Surgical Symposium.

As a way to give back to the community, Dr. Goldflies provides orthopedic care to underinsured children in the Chicago area.
