CHICAGO – Nov. 15, 2021 – Several Weiss Memorial Hospital physicians are honored in the October edition of Chicago magazine’s “Top Doctors” issue. Each year, Chicagoans use this list to decide where they’ll receive local care in and around the city.

Dr. Patricia M. Boatwright, Obstetrics & Gynecology
Dr. Lev Elterman, Urology
Dr. Henry A. Finn, Orthopedic Surgery
Dr. Mitchell Goldflies, Orthopedic Surgery and Non-Surgical Orthopedic Medicine
Dr. Ari Kaz, Orthopedic Surgery
Dr. Stuart A. Krauss, Internal Medicine and Medical Oncology
Dr. Jeffrey M. Lisowski, Infectious Disease
Dr. Loren S. Schechter, Plastic Surgery
Dr. Neil Soifer, Internal Medicine and Nephrology
Dr. Craig Westin, Orthopedic Surgery
Dr. Lawrence S. Zachary, Plastic Surgery

Each year, Castle Connolly Medical Ltd., a healthcare research and information company, compiles the Top Docs list. The doctors are chosen for the list based on a survey, research, screening and rigorous selection process under the direction of a medical doctor. Also, doctors nominate each other based on clinical excellence, board certification, education and expertise.

“I’m proud of all the work that these doctors have done to attain this honor. When I look at this list, I’m reminded of the dedication, commitment and excellence that we have here at Weiss among our physician groups,” said Irene Dumanis, chief executive officer, Weiss Memorial Hospital.
