Support Groups at Weiss Memorial Hospital

Group support can be one of the most beneficial things in life. Interacting with others, especially those who can relate to your health condition can help to give you a sense of community and knowledge that you aren’t alone.

People who participate in patient support groups often recover faster, experience less pain, and establish lifelong bonds. Weiss Memorial Hospital offers medical support groups throughout the month.

For more information or to register for a support group call 773-564-7777.

All Support Groups have been canceled due to COVID-19 until safe to resume. Please contact the support group to find out if some may be online.
