GI Clinic at Weiss

The GI Clinic at Weiss Memorial Hospital provides the full range of gastroenterology tests and procedures, such as upper endoscopy, colonoscopy, ERCP, and feeding tube placements.

Gastroenterologist Sujatha Kailas, MD, MBA, sees patients in the GI clinic on select Tuesdays and Thursdays, located in the Chicago Health Medical Group – Lakefront office, 4700 N. Marine Drive, Suite 300.

Appointments can be made by calling (773) 564-5355. All insurances are accepted.

For colonoscopy requests, referring physicians and patients may call the clinic directly to request the procedure rather than schedule a clinic appointment. This will shorten the time to schedule the procedure.
