Peripheral Arterial Disease (PAD) & Supervised Exercise Therapy (SET)

Weiss Memorial Hospital’s Wound Healing Center offers advanced wound healing treatments for Peripheral Arterial Disease (PAD). Oftentimes people with poor circulation due to PAD need special care for healing wounds.

Weiss’ Cardiac Rehab Department provides a Supervised Exercise Therapy (SET) program for people with leg pain and cramping caused by PAD. Our SET program is designed to minimize leg discomfort and pain, increase mobility and walking capabilities, decrease cardiovascular risk factors, and increase overall quality of life.
